You may have noticed shifts in your mood, your energy, your sleep, or your body—and found yourself wondering why you feel so different.
This 4-week program is a space to gently explore what is happening, to make sense of these changes, and to feel supported as you move through this phase of life.

Session Length: 60–75 minutes
Dates: Saturday the 2nd May, 9th of May, 16th of May and the 23rd of May – 10am – 11.30am

✦ What we will explore together
Each month we will focus on a different aspect of this transition, combining Naturopathic understanding with Ayurvedic wisdom.
You will gain insight into:
- Hormonal changes and why symptoms can feel unpredictable
- The nervous system and emotional sensitivity during this phase
- Changes in metabolism, weight, and inflammation
- Sleep, restoration, and long-term support
- Herbal Support options
- Nutrient Supplement support option
- Lifestyle and daily routine recommendations
- Understanding of what HRT options are available and how to figure out what might be a good choice for you – unbias information
Each session includes gentle education, open discussion, and practical tools that you can begin integrating into your daily life.
