Monthly Group Sound Healing Meditations 

Every 4th Sunday of the month, at 2pm, Lizzi offers a Group Sound Healing Meditation with an octave of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls at the Otway Wellbeing Centre. These meditations take you on a journey of profound healing and connection, to self, to Earth and to the cosmos, carried by intention on powerful Sound  Waves. A fantastic way to align to your own unique frequency.
