⎮Hypnotherapy⎮
• Hypnotherapy Initial Session – 1.5 hrs – $170
This is for new clients only. This is a good place to start if you don’t know where to start! In this session we look at where you are now, as in the circumstances of your life, how you are experiencing your life, your thoughts and feelings and things that may be getting in the way of the experience you want, and some of the experiences you have had thus far that have led to now. We will also look at what you need to move forward and achieve your desired outcome. Usually, this session will also include the commencement of whatever path we choose, whether it be utilising hypnotherapy, healing or counselling. •
Hypnotherapy Follow up Sessions – 1 hr – $150
These sessions are the ongoing process of changing limiting and outdated beliefs, patterns and programming and shifting the energy throughout the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies to be clear and aligned with your soul vibration so you are free to live the life you want and experience optimum joy, love, peace and fulfilment. These sessions may include hypnotherapy, spiritual healing, energy healing, eft, counselling.

• Past Life Regression – 2.5 hr – $370
This transformative session includes many elements of an initial hypnotherapy consultation, allowing us to explore your current life and gain a broad understanding of your personal context. From there, you’ll be gently guided into a deep state of hypnosis to access a past life that holds meaning or relevance for you today. We’ll explore patterns, themes, and connections between that lifetime and your present one, offering insight, clarity, and opportunities for healing. The journey also includes a guided experience of your time in the womb, offering additional layers of understanding.

Pellowah is an angelic word meaning “radical shift in consciousness.” This intuitive energy healing works from the inside out, creating expansion, realignment, and a deeper connection to self. Pellowah supports personal growth by shifting your perspective, freeing you from old limitations, and reconnecting you with your intuition and inner clarity.
• Traditional Usui Reiki – 1 hr $110
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing method that promotes balance, relaxation, and the body’s natural ability to heal. Working with universal life force energy, Reiki clears blockages, restores energetic flow, and brings harmony to the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. It’s a deeply calming experience that supports inner peace, clarity, and overall well-being.
• Remedial Massage – 1hr – $110
With a Diploma in Health Science specialising in Remedial and Therapeutic massage, Lizzi offers techniques to help release tight, sore muscles and provide lasting relief, to restore balance and enhance your well-being.

Add Ons: Elevate your healing journey with focused Chakra Balancing or immersive Sound Healing sessions, designed to deepen relaxation, clear energetic blocks, and restore harmony to your whole being.
• Chakra Balancing with Elfen Energy Chimes – ½ hr – $50
Experience deep energetic alignment as 9 Elfen Energy Chimes are placed on key points to balance your 7 primary Chakras. This intuitive session combines sound vibration and energy healing to restore harmony to your body, mind, and spirit.
• Sound Healing – ½ hr – $50
Enhance your session with a soothing sound healing using Crystal Chalice, Tibetan Singing Bowl, Chakra Chimes, and Koshi Elemental Chimes. These sacred instruments work in harmony to clear energy blocks and promote deep relaxation and inner balance.
Group Sound Healing Meditations Every 4th Sunday of the month, at 2pm, Lizzi offers a Group Sound Healing Meditation with an octave of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls at the Otway Wellbeing Centre. These meditations take you on a journey of profound healing and connection, to self, to Earth and to the cosmos, carried by intention on powerful Sound Waves. A fantastic way to align to your own unique frequency. There is no need to book, just drop in. $25 at the door.

LATENESS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that your late arrival may result in a reduction of consultation time as a courtesy to our next guest.
We kindly ask our clients to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will attract a charge of 50% of the full price and for cancellations with less than 12 hours notice and no shows, you will be charged the full price.
The smooth and effective running of this practice also depends upon your courtesy and co-operation regarding attendance and the keeping of appointments. As you can appreciate, it is very important that you allow sufficient notice if you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason. The reason why we have a cancellation fee is because when you book an appointment, that time slot has been set aside for you and only you. It is not always possible to fit another client in at the last moment, and consequently the practice must bear the brunt of that fee. In this matter, we rely upon your courtesy and hope that you let us know in advance if your plans change.
