Pellowah is an angelic word for ‘radical shift in consciousness’
This intuitive energy healing technique creates expansion and connection. It works from the inside out, generating the light from within, so you see everything from a different perspective. Pellowah Healing Technique unblocks and realigns all meridians in the body and connects all strands of DNA ready for activation. It triggers personal growth and is a catalyst for change, as it shines the light on deeply embedded emotional patterns that keep you stuck. Giving you space to break old patterns and shift into a new way of experiencing life. There is a feeling of letting go as you no longer feel affected by other people, and feeling more connected to your intuition.
Harmonic Reiki – 1 hr $110
Traditional Usui Reiki allows the body to direct the healing energy to where it is most needed, giving the client profound healing. Lizzi adds on a dimension of harmonic frequency healing using various instruments such asTuning Forks, Koshi Chimes, Tibetan Bowls and Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls to assist in balancing the energy centres and clearing meridians, elemental alignment, and creating cell resonant healing for overall calm and rejuvenation.
Blissful Body Balance – 1hr – $110
Nurture Harmony Within with a combination of hands on bodywork and a lush Sound and Energy Healing. This blissful holistic session aligns the physical, energetic and vibrational bodies, for a full experience of deep healing.
Sound Healing Meditations
Every Month Lizzi offers Sound Healing Meditations with an octave of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls at the Otway Wellbeing Centre. These guided meditations take you on a journey of profound healing and connection, to self, to Earth and to the cosmos, carried by intention on powerful Sound Waves.

LATENESS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that your late arrival may result in a reduction of consultation time as a courtesy to our next guest.
We kindly ask our clients to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will attract a charge of 50% of the full price and for cancellations with less than 12 hours notice and no shows, you will be charged the full price.
The smooth and effective running of this practice also depends upon your courtesy and co-operation regarding attendance and the keeping of appointments. As you can appreciate, it is very important that you allow sufficient notice if you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason. The reason why we have a cancellation fee is because when you book an appointment, that time slot has been set aside for you and only you. It is not always possible to fit another client in at the last moment, and consequently the practice must bear the brunt of that fee. In this matter, we rely upon your courtesy and hope that you let us know in advance if your plans change.
