LATENESS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that your late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time as a courtesy to our next guest.
We kindly ask our clients to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will attract a charge of 50% of the full price and for cancellations with less than 12 hours notice and no shows, you will be charged the full price.
