A naturopathic consultation with Annabel includes an in-depth analysis of your whole mental, emotional and spiritual state of health. We aim to identify and treat the causes of any dis-ease, and encourage the body’s self-healing processes to help prevent them in the future. Annabels approach is unique and draws on a variety of modalities, tools and techniques.
Annabel has a particular passion for the intricate connection between body and mind. She aims to equip clients with learnings, tools and supports that can promote a balanced mental and emotional state, help us realign with the rhythms of the natural world around us, and specifically help reduce stress, anxiety and burnout. This includes the use of specific dietary and lifestyle modifications, along with targeted therapeutic prescriptions, all designed around each individual and their unique needs.

LATENESS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that your late arrival may result in a reduction of consultation time as a courtesy to our next guest.
We kindly ask our clients to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will attract a charge of 50% of the full price and for cancellations with less than 12 hours notice and no shows, you will be charged the full price.
The smooth and effective running of this practice also depends upon your courtesy and co-operation regarding attendance and the keeping of appointments. As you can appreciate, it is very important that you allow sufficient notice if you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason. The reason why we have a cancellation fee is because when you book an appointment, that time slot has been set aside for you and only you. It is not always possible to fit another client in at the last moment, and consequently the practice must bear the brunt of that fee. In this matter, we rely upon your courtesy and hope that you let us know in advance if your plans change.
All cancellations and requests to reschedule CANNOT be done through our booking system.
